  • Artistic Director of the Finnish National Ballet 2001-2008
  • Staged acclaimed productions of Bournonville ballets for the
    world’s renowned ballet companies

 

Matz Skoog

  • Trained and danced with the Royal Swedish Ballet
  • Principal Dancer with English National Ballet

Eric Viudes

  • Trained in Paris under the distinguished teacher, Yves Brieux

  • Danced the principal role of Vaslav Nijinsky in the Norwegian Television
    production of Ulf Gadd’s ‘Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes’ in 1996
  • • Recipient of France’s prestigious State Diploma for Ballet Teaching and scholarships to study with the National Ballet of Canada, the Hamburg Ballet
    School and the Bournonvile Summer Academy in Copenhagen
  • Given master classes in Boston, Montevideo, Tbilisi and Copenhagen
  • As a member of the Bournonville Academy Faculty, staged all six complete
    Bournonville ballets in Biarritzm 2009-2014

Jeffrey Taylor

  • Trained at the Royal Ballet School and danced with the Royal Ballet
  • Founder member of Western Theatre Ballet
  • Danced in West End musicals, television and as a guest with several of Europe’s major ballet companies
  • The Daily Mail’s first dance critic (1986) and later it’s first Arts Correspondent,
    jointly responsible for launching the paper’s Review Section
  • Co-Founder of the Critic’s Circle National Dance Awards
  • Author of’ Irek Mukhamedov: the Authorised Biography’ (Fourth Estate, 1994)
  • Currently dance critic and arts feature writer for The Sunday Express
